I’ve been hitting the art game pretty hard the last few weeks. The extra time off for the holidays played a huge part in that.
This year I’m dedicated to improving my workflow and staying organized so that my socials and presence on ebay, etsy, tiktok, etc, all see more consistency from me.
If I had to summarize every art vlogger’s evergreen advice, regardless of platform, it’s that you’re playing the long game and you need to be consistent.
I’ve found it’s very easy to stop something when the stakes are so low if you choose to stop. If I quit making art, nothing changes for me. I stagnate and see my growth on socials crawl, but the goal this year is change. I’ve got some weekly tasks and long term goals outlined and I’m determined to see them through.
I took on this mindset a few weeks ago and have seen positive results, which will keep me motivated until I have these practices cemented as habits.
Here’s to 2024.
