The Art Grind

Have I been slacking on posting new art? Yes. Have I stopped making art? No.

I have continued to create and post art almost every week on Instagram .

I saw a funny meme today of a lady slouched and exhausted that said something along the lines of “Artists feeling burnt out making art, promoters, social media experts, shipping experts, managers” …etc.

It’s real.

I like to make art. Everything else tends to feels fruitless, but just so barely often enough, I meet someone who likes my art through, and it makes the grind worth it.

Ebay has been a surprise the last few months. I’ve encountered several people who started collecting my cards, and it uplifts me to know that my art is being shuffled around to different corners of the earth. My shop has in a way been my most successful form of social media. I never thought of ebay that way but it’s been a pleasant experience.

I’ve created a linktree to all my current projects, and would like to encourage anyone who’s landed here to check out my Instagram for my most recent artistic creations.

Thanks for being here.
